Dinner Theater

Good morning parents and guardians and students,

We have met with the students regarding ticket sales and volunteer responsibilities for our upcoming Dinner Theater fundraiser. This event will help our class begin preparing for the financial responsibilities associated with hosting Prom as juniors.

The Dinner Theater will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Dinner will begin at 6:00 PM, followed by the performance at 7:00 PM.

Each student was given 3 tickets to sell, and we have asked that tickets and money be returned by Wednesday of next week, May 13th. Students participating in the play have also been asked to bring 2 desserts since they will be unable to assist with serving during the event.

We understand this is short notice, and we sincerely appreciate your flexibility and support. A Google Doc has been created for parents who may be willing to assist with cooking, serving, or clean-up. We also recognize that many of you have children performing in the production, and we do not want volunteering to take away from your opportunity to enjoy and support your child’s performance. Any assistance you are able to provide, even for a short time, would be greatly appreciated and would help make this event successful for our students.
